1. When the clock starts
An image request starts only after valid payment, a confirmed written brief, usable garment evidence, and an approved selected model. Waiting for client information, a scheduled validation call, or feedback pauses the clock.
Published production hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. WAT. A 12-hour promise means 12 counted production hours, not 12 elapsed clock hours.
2. Turnaround
- Each qualified image request is due within 12 production hours.
- A complete new model reaches validation-ready state within 12 production hours.
- After the model is accepted and named, its dossier and model package are delivered within one hour.
- An accepted image defect is corrected within 12 production hours.
- A manual Flagship video reaches its first watermarked review within 72 hours after the requirements call and confirmed brief.
If a deadline is likely to be missed, we notify you before it expires and offer a revised time or cancellation of the undelivered portion.
3. Image quality gate
Before delivery, every image must use the correct accepted model, garment, and look; preserve silhouette, fit, colour, fabric, print, logo, text, trim, and construction; satisfy required views and the confirmed brief; and contain realistic anatomy, hands, feet, hair, and garment interaction.
We also check that images are meaningfully distinct, remain consistent across the request, and pass count, format, dimension, naming, safety, likeness, and reference-rights checks. Internal failures are corrected before delivery and never use your finalized-image allowance.
4. Report within 48 hours
Review delivered files and report a rejection within 48 hours. Identify the filename and the confirmed brief or garment evidence it violates. We evaluate the report as a defect, a missed brief, or a preference change. Commercial publication accepts subjective creative direction, but genuine defects remain correctable.
A defect is a wrong model, garment, look, or count; a confirmed-brief mismatch; a missing required detail; an inaccurate garment feature; broken anatomy or visible artifact; wrong technical format; or material identity inconsistency. A creative change is a new preference, combination, pose, framing, expression, scene, lighting, styling, reference, extra variation, or reversed choice after brief confirmation.
5. Corrections and revisions
Accepted defects are corrected without consuming another image. Test Shoot, Essential, and Growth include no preference-based revision round. Flagship includes one consolidated creative revision round per image batch, requested within the 48-hour window. Further creative changes use allowance or cost ₦5,000 per finalized image.
A replacement supersedes the original as the only licensed final version. Superseded files are moved into a clearly marked Superseded (Do Not Use) folder.
6. File delivery
Google Drive is our canonical full-quality manual delivery location. Each batch has a clear folder containing final images, any model dossier, and a simple delivery manifest. We send the same restricted client link by email and Instagram. Small batches may also be sent directly through Instagram when file quality and size allow.
Images default to high-quality JPG; PNG is used when required; dossiers use PDF; and Flagship videos use high-quality MP4. Filenames follow Brand_ModelName_BatchID_Sequence_Ratio.ext. You confirm that the folder opens and all files are visible.
7. Video review calls
Flagship video work is coordinated manually. After the requirements call, the first review is watermarked. Each call creates one consolidated feedback list. We repeat correction and review until confirmed defects and missed requirements conform to the brief.
One consolidated creative-direction change round is included. Further new scenes, messaging, or direction changes use the ₦150,000 à-la-carte video anchor. The unwatermarked MP4 is delivered only after approval.
