Terms of service

DrapeShift creates fictional adult brand models, model dossiers, finalized shoot images, and short fashion videos on Flagship or an agreed add-on. Your order includes only the items and allowances shown at checkout. A brand model must be created and accepted before its first shoot.

Flagship is directly purchasable. No pre-payment approval call or signed service order is required. Checkout acceptance binds these published terms; any later service order only documents the purchase.

During launch validation, briefing, model validation, production coordination, review, and delivery are handled manually through Instagram, email, video calls, and Google Drive. There is no client dashboard or automated delivery portal.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the client brand and have the right to use every garment design, logo, mark, image, video, and other reference you submit.

Launch models are fictional adults only. A real-person reference is inspiration unless separately documented permission is verified. We may reject celebrity, unauthorised likeness, minor, unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, explicit, or political-impersonation requests.

You are responsible for complete, accurate instructions and for identifying what each reference should control and what it should not control. Our model creation guide and shoot creation guide make that easier.

We present validation-ready models by live screen share. If a small adjustment can be completed live, you may accept and name the model in that session. Otherwise the call ends with one consolidated change list, and the model remains unapproved and unnamed until it passes a short follow-up validation call.

Unwatermarked model assets are not released before acceptance. Once accepted, the model dossier records its identity, approved views, physical profile, permanent locks, flexible styling details, avoidances, consistency rules, and commercial-use notice. Dossier versatility images are identity references, not extra campaign images.

A defect is a wrong model, garment, look, or count; a clear mismatch with the confirmed brief; a missing required detail; an inaccurate garment feature; broken anatomy or visible artifact; a wrong technical format; or material identity inconsistency. We correct accepted defects without using another image or revision allowance.

A creative change is a new preference, model or garment combination, pose, framing, expression, setting, lighting, styling, or reference introduced after the brief was confirmed. Extra variations and reversals of an accepted or delegated choice are also creative changes.

Test Shoot, Essential, and Growth include defect correction but no preference-based revision round. Flagship includes one consolidated creative revision round per image batch, requested within 48 hours. Feedback must arrive together. Further changes use image allowance or cost the published ₦5,000 per finalized-image add-on. Defects never use the Flagship revision round.

Commercially publishing an image accepts its subjective creative direction, while genuine defects remain correctable. A corrected replacement supersedes the original; only the replacement remains the licensed final version.

Manual Flagship video work begins with your description and a requirements call. We provide the first watermarked review within 72 hours of the confirmed brief. Each review call produces one consolidated feedback list. We repeat correction and review until confirmed defects and missed requirements match the brief.

One consolidated creative-direction change round is included. Further new scenes, messaging, or direction changes are charged against the published ₦150,000 à-la-carte video anchor. The unwatermarked high-quality MP4 is released through your delivery folder only after approval.

To the extent those rights legally exist, after full payment you receive a written, perpetual, worldwide and exclusive commercial licence to your accepted named brand model and licensed final outputs. We will not reuse that model for another client.

You may publish, advertise, edit, and share final deliverables with service providers acting for your brand. You may not resell them as stock; license or transfer the model to another brand; or use the model or deliverables for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, explicit, or political impersonation.

Only accepted final versions are licensed. DrapeShift retains its generation methods, prompts, seeds, source files, and detailed consistency assets. Your garments, marks, and references remain yours. Public portfolio use requires separate, explicit permission from you.

Test Shoot and add-ons are paid upfront. Essential, Growth, and Flagship bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. No annual checkout is currently offered. Up to 25% of unused monthly image allowance may move into the next active billing month once. Flagship may also move up to 25% of its included monthly video allowance into that month. Both expire after that month.

You may cancel a monthly subscription before renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access and unused allowance continue through the already-paid period, then end. A request submitted before the period ends remains valid when its scheduled delivery falls later.

Before production begins, cancellation receives a refund less any payment-processing charge that was clearly disclosed before purchase. After work begins, we refund the undelivered portion after deducting completed work at the published ₦25,000 model and ₦5,000 finalized-image anchors, never more than the amount paid.

If DrapeShift cannot fulfil an order, we refund the full undelivered portion without deducting processing fees. If an accepted defect cannot be corrected after reasonable attempts, we replace the output or refund its proportional value. If a deadline is likely to be missed, we tell you before it expires and offer a revised time or cancellation of the undelivered portion.

Refunds return to the original payment method and are initiated within five business days. These terms do not waive statutory consumer rights.

The delivery and review policy defines readiness gates, production-hour clocks, QA, reporting, and file delivery. The privacy policy explains how references, order records, models, and permissions are used and retained. Together, those policies form part of these terms.
